Southern Osteo Scanning was established in July 1998 and provides a mobile osteoporosis scanning service for:
- GP surgeries
- private clinics
- hospitals
- pharmaceutical companies
- businesses
Scanning is carried out by a state registered radiographer, a member of the Independent Diagnostic Practitioners’ Association, ensuring that all scanning is carried out to a high professional standard.
Bone density scanning offers a cost effective way to support a programme of osteoporosis prevention and management.
